I'm so glad you are thinking about commissioning your own original artwork. I love being able to paint the fabulous ideas of my clients!
Here are a few things for you to think about before you contact me:
DEPOSIT
Once we have had an initial chat about what you'd like, a 50% deposit is required to secure your place and cover the cost of materials.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
I will produce a basic painting for you to get a feel for the colours and style of your piece with an explanation of the next stages. During the painting process, I will keep you updated with in-progress photos to ensure that you are involved each step of the way. You'll have several opportunities to make changes so that you have a painting that you really love when it's complete.
The payment balance is due once the painting is finished.
*Postage charges are not covered in the cost of the painting
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
The time can vary from 2 weeks to 2 months, depending on the size of the painting and my commission diary. All of this information will be provided in our email conversations. If you intend to commission original artwork as a gift, please plan accordingly and email me in advance.
WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
I paint with a mixture of acrylics, inks and pearlised powders.
